1.      You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you.

a.       EEprism will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, used for long periods of time, and that all labels and tags are attached. Packaged items.

2.  How do I return an item?

a.       The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip.

b.      We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. EEprism is not responsible for packages sent and EEprism does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

3.  Refunds for online purchases

a.       Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

b.      Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
